Rare aircraft lands at Denver airport to transport bulky loads

Reported 11 months ago

Denver International Airport had a rare visitor as one of the world's largest aircraft, the Antonov An-124 Ruslan, touched down carrying a helicopter. The aircraft has a cargo compartment 20% larger than a C-5 Galaxy and was originally designed as a Soviet military transport craft in the 1980s before being used commercially. The plane is known for setting world records and can accommodate large, inflexible loads like military vehicles or helicopters with its special features.
