OpenAI has introduced a new feature for its ChatGPT chatbot, allowing it to process and respond to users based on video feeds in real time. This capability, announced in a livestreamed event, enables ChatGPT to recognize objects through a smartphone camera and provide assistance, such as replying to messages or offering cooking instructions. The feature will be available to paid subscribers starting Thursday, with plans for rollout to enterprise and educational clients in January.
