Regent Hotel collaborates with MOSU Seoul for a limited-time Korean-Western Teppanyaki experience featuring the Michelin three-starred Korean chef

Taipei's Regent Hotel invites the only three-starred chef from the 'Seoul Michelin Dining Guide 2023,' MOSU Seoul's head chef Ahn Seung-jai, to Taiwan to showcase creative dishes on a Western teppanyaki grill from June 27 to 29, with reservations now open. Chef Ahn Seung-jai, who trained under Korean-born three-starred chef Corey Lee, will present a menu blending Western creativity with Korean classics, using 80% local Taiwanese seasonal seafood and engaging with diners at Robin's Teppanyaki at the Regent Hotel. The unique dining experience is priced at NT$16,800 per person and includes selected wine pairings.
