Renowned Chef from Only Michelin Three-Star MOSU Restaurant in Korea Visits Taipei as Guest Chef at Regent Taipei, Presenting Western-Style Korean Cuisine

The head chef of the only Michelin three-star MOSU restaurant in Korea, Sung-jae Ahn, is visiting Taipei as a guest chef at Regent Taipei to showcase Western-style Korean cuisine. With an extensive culinary background, Chef Ahn combines French and Chinese techniques along with traditional Korean roots in his innovative dishes. Using 80% local seasonal seafood from Taiwan and interactive teppanyaki cooking, he blends Eastern and Western flavors to create a unique dining experience at Robin's Teppanyaki within Regent Taipei from June 27 to 29, with each night limited to 80 seats. Reservations for the 'Regent x MOSU Seoul' feast are now open for NT$16,800 per person including selected wines.
