In Taoyuan, Taiwan, a man discovered that his car had been driven by a sales agent for 17 days, covering over 1,000 kilometers from late April to early May. The sales agent had multiple traffic violations, including being caught speeding and illegally parking. Investigations revealed that the agent had a history of using customers' cars for personal use and was even found in possession of drugs by the police. Despite the automotive company's claim that it was the agent's personal actions, legal actions have been taken against him. The car owner hopes to prevent others from falling victim to a similar scam.
