Repeat Offender Scams Nearly 20,000 NT Worth of Meals, Refuses to Pay for Hair Extensions of 50,000 NT by Claiming Short Hair Due to Being Dumped

Reported about 1 year ago

A woman in Taichung, Taiwan, known for skipping out on high-end dining bills recently dined at a hotpot restaurant, overspent nearly 2,000 NT and received a massage without paying. She then tried to get hair extensions worth 51,000 NT, claiming she hadn't been paid yet, eventually resorting to bizarre tactics like using a business card as a debit card. This woman, who has already scammed over five businesses in half a month, gradually revealed her true identity as a notorious scammer. Upon investigation, it turned out she had already dined and dashed several times before, accumulating over 20,000 NT in unpaid meals.
