Retired Lieutenant General Kao Zheng-jie expressed gratitude to legislator Yu Pei-chen for stating that Kao Zheng-jie is not Yu Pei-chen's teacher. This comes after Yu Pei-chen's controversial remarks about the People's Liberation Army aircraft circling Taiwan during the day due to fears of 'spatial disorientation' during night flights. Kao Zheng-jie clarified that the disorientation does not involve star reflections but rather fishing boat lights. Kao advised Yu to read more to gain a better understanding and not speak uninformed on TV shows.
