A woman surnamed Li in Nantou County, Taiwan, sought revenge on a man who bullied her in junior high school 15 years ago. She physically attacked and threatened the man at his seafood business, resulting in head injuries, ringing in the ears, and vomiting. Li was sentenced to 50 days of detention for assault by the Nantou District Court, with the option to pay a fine. The court noted that Li had a history of violence and chose not to resolve the conflict peacefully or compensate the man, leading to her conviction. The man denied bullying Li, claiming she had mistaken him for someone else.
