Reported 9 months ago

RIMPAC, the biennial Rim of the Pacific Exercise, is taking place from June 27 to August 1 in Hawaii with participation from 29 countries and over 25,000 personnel. The commander, John Wade, stated that China was not invited due to their unwillingness to adhere to international rules and standards. The exercise includes live-fire demonstrations, highlighting the ability to sink ships, seen as a message directed at China. The aim is to enhance joint training capabilities and contribute to peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region, not directed at any specific country. Various international military representatives attended the press conference on the exercise.
