In the era of high inflation, retirement fund goals for the public are also increasing. Fubon Securities executed the 'Good Retirement Preparation Platform' and released the results of the 'Mass Retirement Survey' on the retirement preparation status of Taiwanese citizens. On average, respondents expect to save 14.03 million for retirement, compared to 11.11 million four years ago. However, only 35.3% are confident in achieving this goal, with an average expected retirement age of 62.5 years, delayed from the previous survey's 60.9 years. Fubon Securities clients are more prepared than the general public, with 57.7% expecting to reach their retirement fund goal and having an average expected retirement age of 61.4 years. Those who start preparing for retirement earlier have higher confidence levels.
