On July 2, 2024, the Taiwan Stock Exchange closed with a 179.2-point drop at 22,879.37 points (0.78% decrease). Due to policy support and major tech companies considering setting up supercomputing centers in Taiwan, green energy procurement opportunities have increased, leading to a rise in stock prices of solar silicon chip giant GuoXie. With 5.8 million lots of day trading, GuoXie became the day trading king, while solar energy groups Jincyk and Anji were also actively traded. Additionally, robot concept stocks KunYing, Solomon, and LoSheng are popular day trading options as well.
