The musical theater 'Rock School' is coming to Taiwan for the first time, based on the Hollywood blockbuster from 2003. Adapted by musical master Andrew Lloyd Webber, the show earned Tony nominations for Best Musical, Best Original Script, Best Original Score, and Best Actor in 2016. The production, presented by The Really Useful Group and GWB Entertainment in partnership with Kuan-Hong Art, premieres in Taipei National Theater from September 19 to 22, with tickets going on sale on June 14. The musical's rock music charm and storyline about children finding themselves through music are highlighted. Dubbed a joyful musical for all ages, the show combines humor, emotion, and inspiration.
