On June 9, 2024, a white car on Taiwan's Route 88 expressway recklessly forced two large trucks to stop, resulting in traffic congestion. Upon being reported by a bystander, the driver was fined 36,000 TWD and had their license suspended for six months. The driver's behavior, including slowing down to 30 km/h and repeatedly stopping the trucks, endangered other drivers, leading to this severe penalty. Law enforcement advises against imitating such reckless actions.
