Recently, there have been multiple videos circulating on the TikTok platform claiming that 'Facebook will not be available starting in June,' sparking discussions among netizens. Taiwan's Fact-Checking Center investigated and publicly released the results earlier this month, confirming that some content was inaccurate and providing clarification. The videos suggest that Facebook will require real-name verification in June, particularly for advertising purposes, but the general public will still be able to use Facebook normally. The implementation of the real-name system for Facebook advertising has been postponed due to the need for system development.
