The Rural Development and Soil Conservation Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture is supporting the Central Miaoli liquor industry by introducing a four-season representative Central Miaoli liquor. Through a wine and food pairing event held at the Nikko Hot Spring Hotel, involving six main spirits from the Big-An AnBass Brewery Story Hall, they aim to deepen public understanding of local liquors. By emphasizing the connection between rural areas and local liquors, this initiative aims to promote various wine flavors, showcase the characteristics of local agricultural products, utilize seasonal ingredients in creative dish designs, and further promote rural tourism in Central Miaoli.
