Safran's CEO, Olivier Andries, expressed confidence that Boeing will achieve important production targets for the 737 MAX this year, projecting a rise to 38 jets per month in the first half and 42 by year-end. He noted Boeing's strong start in January and mentioned the existing stockpile of LEAP-1B engines as a positive indicator. However, he warned that supply chain issues still pose risks to growth.
