Chairman of Sakura Construction, Chen Shiying, anticipates better operational performance this year compared to last year despite some project deferrals. With nine projects scheduled for completion with a total sales amount of around 15.5 billion NT dollars, all have been sold out. Additionally, Sakura Construction will launch nine new projects across Taiwan starting from May, with a total sales amount expected to reach 23.4 billion NT dollars. The company aims to exceed last year's revenue and profit levels with a target revenue between 8 to 10 billion NT dollars. Notably, the company faced delays due to labor shortages last year. Looking ahead, they foresee a resilient housing market and plan to focus on smaller units to cater to first-time buyers, with 2-bedroom units expected to make up over 60% of their offerings.
