Sanyo Tea Society, known for its unique egg- and dairy-free vegetarian cuisine, has launched a new luxurious vegan dessert, the 'Royal Wedding Sweetheart Puff Pastry,' at their Tokyo Tea Salon. The pastry combines rich Royal Wedding black tea with classic citrus-flavored candy balls, offering an elegant and romantic European garden experience. The dessert, free from eggs and dairy, is part of the Michelin-starred veggie-themed offerings created by executive chef Huang Yongguang.
