The Taipei High Administrative Court ruled against Satele Entertainment after they were fined roughly 267,009 NTD by the Taipei City Tax Bureau for hosting three public events titled '2022 Zeng Bowen's Interesting Speech! The Triple Standard.' Although Satele named the events as speeches, the court determined that the content presented by Zeng Bowen was a form of stand-up comedy with entertainment elements, thus subject to entertainment tax, highlighting the importance of the actual content in such taxation matters.
