Savor Authentic Fine Sichuan Cuisine with Michelin-Starred Chef at 101 Tower's Chuan Ya

Reported about 1 year ago

Chuan Ya, the highest Fine Dining Sichuan cuisine in Taiwan, opened at the 46th floor of Taipei's Eslite NanShan during spring. In partnership with Michelin-starred Sichuan restaurant Song Yun Ze from Chengdu, Chuan Ya's chef Wang Guozheng and his team experienced the authentic Sichuan flavors in Chengdu six months prior to the opening. They combined century-old Sichuan flavors with local Taiwanese ingredients, offering Taiwan diners 24 authentic Sichuan tastes beyond just spicy and numbing, infused with unique flavors like Guiwei, fish fragrance, lychee, smoky, sweet and sour, dried tangerine peel, ginger, and mustard, creating a new concept for Taiwanese premium Sichuan cuisine.
