A scamming group was arrested by the Kaohsiung City Criminal Police Brigade, revealing their sophisticated surveillance plan. During a face-to-face transaction, the group managed to hide a precise miniature camera in a black coat worn by their driver, aiming to monitor the entire trading process and prevent potential betrayal. The driver, mistaken the device for a Wi-Fi sharing router, was taken into custody for suspected fraud, as the camera's continuous operation during the transaction caused the battery to overheat. Police urge the public to stay vigilant during online transactions to avoid falling victim to scams.
