Parents of a primary school student in Tainan accused the school of indifference to bullying after their son was hit in the head with a stone and required three stitches, following a previous bullying incident in May. The school principal, who promised to address the May incident, had already retired. The parents criticized the school for not taking action against bullying. The school mentioned that both cases are currently under investigation. The student who was attacked has decided to transfer to another school, causing concerns about psychological trauma. The Education Department's anti-bullying complaint hotline number is 1953.
