Sean Baker's 'Anora,' a film about an exotic dancer and sex worker marrying a Russian oligarch's son, is set to premiere in limited release on October 18 by Neon. This indie studio has a successful history with fall releases, having launched previous Palme d'Or winners like 'Parasite.' 'Anora' received praise at Cannes for its portrayal of two cultures and languages, starring Mikey Madison and Mark Eidelstein. Neon, known for distributing 'Parasite,' has a track record of successful Palme d'Or winners, including last year's 'Anatomy of a Fall.'
