A new recycling system implemented in Changhua County resulted in 11 garbage trucks from different towns being rejected within two days due to items like food containers, drink cups, and plastic sheets. However, the most remarkable incident occurred in Tianzhong Town where a 'giant frog as big as a bathtub' and a large dead mouse were found in the kitchen waste bin, shocking the female cleaning crew. It was emphasized that the 'giant frog' and 'dead mouse' were general garbage and should not have been disposed of in the kitchen waste bin. This chaotic situation occurred due to indiscriminate disposal of animal remains by locals, illustrating the challenges faced by the cleaning crew amidst stricter waste disposal regulations.
