Shohei Ohtani and his wife were excited to meet Sparks rookie Cameron Brink, who also got advice from Ohtani before throwing the first pitch at a Dodgers game alongside teammate Rickea Jackson. Ohtani mentioned that his wife, a former professional Japanese basketball player, also wanted to meet Brink. Despite a near miss during the pitch, the Sparks rookies had a memorable experience meeting other players and delivering Vin Scully's famous line at the game. Brink and Jackson are looking forward to their upcoming game with the Sparks and are appreciative of the attention and support they have received.
