Singapore Airlines has announced it will add first-class seats to its longest flights, including the world’s longest flight from New York to Singapore. The airline is retrofitting seven Airbus A350-900 planes, investing S$1.1 billion to enhance service levels. First-class offerings are expected to provide a luxury experience with private suites, premium meal service, and more space, catering primarily to ultra-wealthy travelers. The new seating arrangement will be in place by 2026.
