Yenpo Breakfast Hall in Taiwan is hosting the Sisters Liangpi Limited Company from Hong Kong, known for its authentic and delicious liangpi noodles made from pea and mung bean starch. The company is run by a couple, Emma and Jim, who have perfected their own unique recipe for the chewy and flavorful liangpi. The collaboration aims to bring the spirit of authentic cuisine to Taiwan and will be available from July 1st to September 30th at seven Yenpo locations throughout Taiwan.
