SK Group is exploring the sale of its 65% stake in Vietnamese pharmaceutical company Imexpharm, following a significant rise in the company's stock value this year. The South Korean conglomerate is working with a financial adviser and has reached out to pharmaceutical companies and private equity firms to assess interest. Although the deliberations are ongoing and there is a possibility that SK Group may choose not to sell, the market value of Imexpharm has climbed to approximately $288 million, driven by an 84% increase in its shares in Ho Chi Minh City this year.
