Recently, the luxury rental prices in the Xitun District of Taichung City have been remarkable, with a 6th floor unit in the 'BauHuei One Garden' in Phase Seven being leased for NT$200,000 per month, setting a new record for luxury rental prices in the city. Due to restrictions on loans for NT$40 million luxury homes in Taichung not being lifted, affluent individuals are opting to 'rent instead of buy,' leading to a surge in rental prices in Phase Seven. The strategic location and high-quality construction of the estate contribute to the continuous rise in rental prices. As of June this year, five rental transactions exceeding NT$100,000 in total price occurred in Xitun District, with the 20,000 square feet unit in BauHuei One Garden commanding NT$200,000 per month, setting a new record for residential rental prices in Taichung.
