J.M. Smucker, best known for its jams, is reportedly looking to sell its cookie brand Voortman Bakery, which could be valued over $350 million. The company, which previously acquired Voortman as part of its Sweet Baked Snacks unit, is collaborating with Goldman Sachs to attract potential buyers. Although Smucker declined to comment on the sale, it continues to pursue opportunities to enhance its business and shareholder value.
