Reported by Yi-Wen Hsu on June 26, 2024, an overseas bluebird social movement activity was reported to involve a scam! Internet celebrity Lilian, surnamed Tang, allegedly used the establishment of the 'Overseas Bluebird Action Group' for fundraising activities, but was reported for fundraising and promotional activities, including falsely claiming to donate books to libraries, even using another person's identity to participate in activities. After Tang was asked to leave the group, she introduced a woman claiming to be an anime boss named Jojo, who turned out to be the controversial 'Sunflower Goddess' Liu Qiao'an, causing complications in the once straightforward overseas Bluebird activities. The reform bill in the Legislative Yuan has attracted social attention, with young people claiming to be a social movement group gathering outside the Legislative Yuan under the call of the Democratic Progressive Party, connecting activities from Taiwan to overseas. However, a scam emerged in the overseas Bluebird movement involving an internet celebrity, alarming participants with impure motives and causing anger among them, feeling that these individuals were not there for the social movement but for personal gains. The controversy surrounding Tang continues, as accusations were made by a man surnamed Chen who attended her training course, leading to further public scrutiny. Tang defended herself by citing depression and family issues, claiming to have refunded payments. Despite gaining media attention and public response as one of the initiators of the Bluebird Action, Tang was later disassociated from the group as controversies arose. The online community criticized these internet celebrities for taking advantage of public trust for personal gain, expressing anger and calling for stricter scrutiny and transparency to prevent similar incidents.
