A volunteer soldier surnamed Huang (20 years old) in the Eastern Division of the Coast Guard Administration was electrocuted while taking a bath due to unknown reasons. Paramedics found Huang unresponsive with clear signs of electric shock, but fortunately, he recovered breathing and heartbeat after being rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment. Preliminary investigations suggest that the incident was caused by a malfunction in the water heater's circuit breaker. Further measures are being taken to prevent such accidents in the future.
