Due to a shortage in intravenous solutions caused by suspension of production at Yung Fong Chemical Co., the Taiwan FDA has imported a total of 1.24 million bags, with 381 medical institutions set to receive them. The FDA assures that additional imports are planned, aiming to address the current supply gap. Alternative products have been made available, and measures are in place to monitor and facilitate distribution to meet clinical needs.
