Son of Yang Shiqu, accused of slandering former boss as a 'dangerous social parasite' online, sentenced to 55 days of detention confirmed

Former Kuomintang Taipei City Councilor Yang Shiqu's son Yang Zezhu had a conflict with his former boss and was accused of using aliases to make online accusations in June and October 2020, including labeling the boss as 'having a sexually transmitted disease,' 'whole family taking drugs,' and 'even if you commit murder, you are a dangerous social parasite.' Yang Zezhu was sentenced to 55 days of detention and a fine of 55,000 Taiwan dollars for defamation in the first trial, with the second appeal being rejected and the verdict finalized.
