After a two-year wait, EXO leader SUHO has finally returned to the music scene with his new mini album 'Grey'V'. The album preparation process took a year, and SUHO is excited to showcase his musical talent once again. SUHO, who is a singer, actor, and idol, recently shared his health management methods, time management strategies, thoughts on the upcoming concert in Taipei, and words he wants to say to his fans. He emphasized meticulous planning to manage his busy schedule, follows a protein-based diet with reduced carbs and sodium intake. He has recently taken up boxing, believing that sweating it out in the morning is beneficial for both mental health and physical well-being. SUHO also expressed his wish for a healthy birthday celebration and injury-free weekends during concerts. The concert in Taipei is named 'SU:HOME,' symbolizing both his home and the message of showcasing SUHO himself. SUHO looks forward to enjoying Taipei's delicious beef noodles and bubble tea, and shared that the challenge of this album's preparation process included new attempts and challenges, such as learning guitar for music videos and concerts. One of the songs SUHO named 'Mayday' was inspired by a scene in the movie 'Escape from Mogadishu,' emotionally impacting him. Despite loving all songs on the album, he particularly favors the seventh track 'Zero Gravity,' created based on his feelings of flying happiness when thinking about meeting EXO and EXO-L.
