South Korean female streamer 'May' recently fainted on the streets of Taiwan while live streaming, initially suspected to be due to heatstroke, but emergency room physician Li Yigong believes it is likely caused by two other medical conditions. Despite showing signs of distress in the heat, 'May' tried to seek help from passersby before collapsing, leading to bystanders calling an ambulance. After receiving medical treatment, her condition improved, and she was not diagnosed with heatstroke but possibly with heat cramps or heat exhaustion-induced hyperventilation syndrome.
