On June 21, 113, a visiting delegation from the South Korean National Police Agency visited the Keelung City Fourth Police Precinct in Taiwan for a policing exchange program. The purpose of the exchange was to strengthen understanding and interaction between the police forces of both countries to enhance crime-fighting efficiency. During the visit, the Keelung City Fourth Police Precinct arranged introductions to police and security equipment, briefings on operations, and sharing of practical experiences to learn about different countries' practices in combating cybercrime and ensuring security during large public events. Mr. KANG TAEHO, the Chief of Equipment Science Division of the South Korean National Police Agency, shared South Korea's measures in utilizing smart policing and technology for social security and crime prevention. Chief Hong Zhengwei of the Keelung City Fourth Police Precinct expressed that this exchange was not only a learning opportunity but also a significant step in promoting policing exchanges. The precinct aims to continue enhancing collaboration, absorbing excellent policing measures from various countries to optimize policing strategies and better uphold social stability and public safety.
