According to Yonhap News Agency, a South Korean independent rock band, 'Say Sue Me', had their first solo concert in China cancelled abruptly, three weeks before the scheduled performance in Beijing on July 12. The exact reason for the cancellation remains unknown, with some speculating that the band may have been reported. This was a rare approval for a South Korean artist to perform in China since tensions mounted between the two countries in 2016 over the THAAD missile defense system deployment.
