Four restaurants and kitchens in South Mississippi, including Dedeaux All In and McElroy’s Harbor House, were cited for critical violations such as insects, rodents, or animals present as well as not providing required records for shell stock tags and parasite destruction during the first week in June. The inspections are carried out by the Mississippi Health Department and establishments are rated 'A', 'B', or 'C' based on their compliance with health regulations.
