A suspect with a criminal record for fraud and drug-related offenses was arrested by the police in Nangang, New Taipei City, for using a friend's impounded motorcycle to commit crimes at ATMs in the northern region. The police confiscated over 140,000 in cash and drugs from the suspect's possession during the arrest and found financial cards belonging to victims. The case has been transferred to the Shilin District Prosecutor's Office for further investigation, as part of the police's ongoing efforts to combat crime and ensure public safety by eradicating fraudulent activities and maintaining a secure living environment for citizens.
