SpaceX is considering selling existing shares in a tender offer that could value the company at around $200 billion, according to sources. The potential offer, expected to start in June, may involve shares priced between $108 to $110 each. CEO Elon Musk stated that SpaceX does not require additional capital and will repurchase shares. This valuation would surpass the $180 billion valuation from their previous offer, putting SpaceX among the world's largest publicly traded companies. SpaceX representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment.
