Leasing industry can fill the gap where banks cannot reach, providing funding to small and medium-sized business owners or individuals who cannot access enough funds from the financial system. The proposal for a special law for financing companies requires further research and discussion, but the leasing industry is advised to first observe the execution of self-discipline conventions by the leasing association before deciding the next steps.
