Speciale Invest, a venture capital firm based in India, plans to invest 6 billion rupees ($69 million) in early-stage startups across diverse sectors, including AI and space technology, by 2029. This funding aligns with Prime Minister Modi's vision of making India a self-reliant manufacturing hub. The firm, which focuses on seed and pre-seed level companies, will support 18 to 20 startups in its third funding round, reserving over half of the investment for follow-up rounds, particularly in climate tech and defense.
