Spirit Airlines CFO Scott Haralson is leaving the airline to become the finance chief at Hertz Global Holdings. The transition comes as Spirit faces financial challenges despite high travel demand, while Hertz is seeking financing solutions for its EV rental business. Haralson, with experience at Dish Network and Frontier Airlines, will join Hertz in June, while Spirit has appointed Brian McMenamy as interim CFO. Hertz's chief operating officer Justin Keppy will resign in June too.
