Following former President Ma Ying-jeou's visit in March and April, former Legislative Yuan speaker Wang Jin-Pyng visited China on the 21st. Luo Wen-jia, the deputy chairman of the SEF, clarified at a briefing on the future cross-strait exchange model, whether a 'Wang Jin-Pyng model' similar to private dialogues between the two sides will emerge. Luo revealed he recently met Wang Jin-Pyng, stressing that dialogue without preconditions, whether with Wang or legislators from different parties, can be very helpful.
