In Sri Lanka, a tragic incident occurred when six fishermen discovered bottles containing an unknown liquid drifting at sea while fishing. Believing it to be alcohol, they consumed it, resulting in 4 deaths and 2 individuals in critical condition. Authorities are investigating the contents of the bottles. The fishermen aboard the 'Devon' fishing boat found these bottles about 320 nautical miles off the coast of Tangalle, a small town in southern Sri Lanka, and distributed the 'problematic' bottles to other vessels in the area, prompting efforts to inform those crew members.
