Star Dining at Shangri-La with Guest Chef from Sichuan Hotel

Starting from June 26, 2024, Taipei Far Eastern Shangri-La will host the 'Star Dining at Shangri-La' event until the 30th, featuring guest chef Chen Jiangtai Lang, the third-generation heir of 'Sichuan Hotel' honored with one Michelin star by the Michelin Guide Singapore. Chef Chen will showcase classic Sichuan dishes such as the famous 'Chen's Mapo Tofu,' 'Green Pepper Beef Steak,' 'Stir-Fried Lion's Head Fresh Fish,' 'Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork,' and 'Crab Roe and Foie Gras Soup,' highlighting the seven flavors of Chen's traditional Sichuan cuisine. The set lunches start from NT$2,288 per person, while dinner starts from NT$2,888 per person. Weekend cooking classes are also available, followed by lunch and a complimentary portion of the chef's special chili oil. For reservations, call (02) 7711-2080.
