The Starbucks at "New Feng, Keelung", selected as one of the most beautiful Starbucks, has changed ownership as of January this year, with property developer Shinyang Construction acquiring it for 110 million in cash without loans. The Starbucks lease has reportedly expired, and the developer is likely preparing for residential development in the future. The surrounding housing prices in Keelung have been rising, with recent transactions in the New Feng Street area reaching 210,000 to 260,000 NT dollars per ping. The property previously served as a hot spring resort before being transformed into the popular Starbucks store, which attracted investments and underwent ownership changes in recent years.
