Starlux Airlines partners with famous Tokyo Sukiyaki restaurant for exquisite in-flight dining experience

Starting from July 1, Starlux Airlines will offer exclusive in-flight meals in their first-class and business-class cabins departing from Tokyo, featuring dishes created in collaboration with the renowned 125-year-old Japanese restaurant, Ningyocho Imahan. The business-class will serve a Sukiyaki meal with premium black wagyu beef, while the first-class will offer a series of Sukiyaki Kaiseki dishes. The menu includes appetizers like Wagyu Hachiman rolls and simmered abalone, main courses made with black wagyu beef and hot spring egg, and desserts like Matcha red bean ice cream parfait. Starlux Airlines aims to provide innovative services by collaborating with different brands, offering a combination of traditional and innovative cuisines in their cabins, particularly on their A350 aircraft flying to major cities.
