However, she was further distressed when the bus company's response was not an apology but a question about why she reported the incident. The video footage captured the intense shaking of the car after the tire burst, with the driver screaming in fear. Despite the scare, no one was injured as it was the rear tire that burst. The driver, Ms. Luo, expressed dissatisfaction with the bus company's attitude after the incident, claiming they did not apologize and instead questioned her decision to report the incident, causing her blood pressure to rise. The bus company admitted to not apologizing but explained that in cases of accidents where there is no significant damage or injuries, protocol dictates follow-up only for claims. The matter is set to be resolved when the employees return to work on Monday.
